Christopher has advocated for clients in investment fraud matters. This includes misrepresentations during the solicitation process, misuse of invested funds, mismanagement of operations/failure to properly oversee the investment, and breaches of fiduciary duty. This experience includes the analysis of both solicitation materials (including financials) and the operations/returns after the investment was made.
